Insurance and Risk Allocation Disclaimer
FetzAir Aviation LLC does not maintain or provide Liability Coverage, Medical Payments Coverage, Hull Loss Coverage, or Property Damage Coverage for any aircraft operated, flown, or utilized in connection with its services. The client acknowledges and agrees that FetzAir Aviation LLC relies exclusively on insurance coverage procured and maintained by the aircraft owner or client.

As a condition precedent to the commencement of any services, Client shall be solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and providing evidence of a minimum level of liability insurance coverage for the contemplated operations. Failure to provide such coverage shall relieve FetzAir Aviation LLC of any obligation to perform services and will result in the client's loss of initial deposit after 24 hours.

Client further agrees to assume all risks associated with the operation of the aircraft and hereby releases, indemnifies, defends, and holds harmless FetzAir Aviation LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the operation of the aircraft, except to the extent caused by FetzAir Aviation LLC’s willful misconduct.
Deposit and Refund Policy Disclaimer
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) is required to secure and book services with FetzAir Aviation LLC. Client acknowledges and agrees that the deposit shall become non-refundable twenty-four (24) hours after receipt by FetzAir Aviation LLC, regardless of whether services have commenced.

The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of services unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to proceed with or cancellation of services after the non-refundability period shall not entitle the Client to any refund of the deposit.
Service Contract Requirement Disclaimer
FetzAir Aviation LLC shall provide the Client with a written service contract outlining, without limitation, the respective responsibilities and obligations of each party, applicable rules and operational requirements, the specific aircraft to be operated, the anticipated route(s) of flight, and the agreed-upon, non-negotiable price for services.

The client acknowledges and agrees that execution and return of the service contract to FetzAir Aviation LLC is required prior to the commencement of any services. In the event the executed service contract is not received by FetzAir Aviation LLC before services begin, the Client’s deposit shall become non-refundable twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of the deposit, regardless of whether services have commenced.
